What is the maximum capacity?
The venue can accommodate up to 175 guest throughout our indoor, outdoor, and bar spaces.

Do you allow outside caterers?
Yes, we do. We allow outside catering for a $500 fee. Caterers will have access to our warming kitchen, which includes counter space, food warmers, a warming rack, refrigerator, and freezer for prep and staging. Please note, outside caterers are responsible for all setup, serving, replenishing, and cleanup. Our team will coordinate with your caterer to ensure a smooth event.

Can I bring my own drinks?
Outside alcohol and outside bar services are not permitted at The Wilyard. To ensure a seamless, responsible, and elevated guest experience, all beverages must be served through our in-house bar team. We offer three curated bar packages that include premium ingredients, mixers, garnishes, licensed bartenders, and everything needed to provide a top-tier experience for your event.. Please note that outside caterers are responsible for all setup, serving, replenishing, and cleanup. Our team will coordinate with your caterer to ensure a smooth event.
