Enjoy private access to The Wilyard, where you and up to 175 guests can experience the charm of our venue. Your rental includes indoor and outdoor event spaces, including our main venue room, chapel, and courtyard, providing a seamless flow for your ceremony and reception.
ON-SITE VENUE MANAGER
A dedicated venue coordinator will be available throughout your planning process to assist with venue-related questions and logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
TABLES & ELEGANT SEATING
We provide tables along with Chiavari chairs for your ceremony and reception. Linens are not provided, allowing you to customize your décor to match your vision.

What is the maximum capacity?
The venue can accommodate up to 175 guest throughout our indoor, outdoor, and bar spaces.
How many guest can be seated in the indoor section of the venue?
For ceremony style seating inside the chapel, we can accommodate approximately 150 guests .
Do you allow outside caterers?
Yes, we do. We allow outside catering for a $500 fee. Caterers will have access to our warming kitchen, which includes counter space, food warmers, a warming rack, refrigerator, and freezer for prep and staging.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Outside alcohol and outside bar services are not permitted at The Wilyard. To ensure a seamless, responsible, and elevated guest experience, all beverages must be served through our in-house bar team.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes, our private parking lot will be able to accommodate 22 cars, with additional street parking available around the venue.
Do you have overnight accommodation?
We do not offer overnight accommodations, but there are plenty of Hotel, Bed & Breakfast, and Airbnb options available nearby.
